Volkswagen Group teams up with Microsoft on self-driving cars

The Volkswagen Team and Microsoft have teamed up in a partnership that will see the two providers jointly create new autonomous driving technologies.

The VW Group’s software package firm, referred to as Auto.Software Organisation, will collaborate with Microsoft to build a “cloud-based Autonomous Driving Platform” that could make creating driver support methods a lot easier.
