Kodiak Robotics, Inc., a US-primarily based developer of autonomous vans, has secured USD125 million in Sequence B funding spherical from SIP International Associates, Muirwoods Ventures, Harpoon Ventures, StepStone Team, Gopher Asset Management, Walleye Money, Aliya Money Associates, Battery Ventures, CRV and Lightspeed Undertaking Associates also participated.
Bridgestone Americas and BMW i Ventures, which experienced declared strategic investments in Kodiak earlier 2021, transformed its funds to this spherical.
The funding will be used to double its workforce as it pursues a path to commercialization. Kodiak designs to increase a minimal of 15 new vans, for a whole of at the very least twenty five autonomous autos.
