New Toyota RAV4 Adventure heads up 2022 model refresh

Toyota has launched a new variation of the RAV4, which is developed to appeal to these in tune with the wonderful outdoor. It’s named the Adventure, and it’ll go on sale in the United kingdom in early 2022 sporting a handful of rugged styling improvements and an up to date interior.

Layout tweaks around the conventional Toyota RAV4 incorporate new matte-grey 19-inch alloy wheels, wider wheel arches and a much more intense front bumper, with an imposing black radiator grille and high-stage fog lamps. There’s also a new silver skid plate at the rear.

Inside, the RAV4 Adventure options some branded treadplates on the doorway sills and model-certain quilted artificial leather-based upholstery with contrasting orange stitching. Potential buyers will also advantage from the exact 8-inch infotainment process as the conventional auto.

The Adventure is driven by Toyota’s two.5-litre four-cylinder petrol-hybrid powertrain, which options an electrical motor on the rear axle to give the SUV all-wheel drive. The process has a merged output of 219bhp, which is ample to tow a trailer weighing up to 1,650kg. As with all RAV4 styles, the hybrid powertrain is mated to a CVT.

Toyota has also taken the chance to update the conventional RAV4 line-up along with this new Adventure variant. Now, the SUV comes with projector-fashion LED headlights and LED front fog lights, along with new 10-spoke alloy wheels offered in both black or silver depending on the trim.

Inside, the revised RAV4 also gains from new LED lighting, an electrically adjustable passenger seat, backlit electrical window switches and new USB-C charging ports.
